Community guidelines

Plaudit is for celebrating and arguing about Telugu cinema. Back your side as loudly as you like. Keep it about the films.

Always fine

Strong opinions, hot takes, box-office debates, criticising a film, a performance or a director's choices, and friendly rivalry between fanbases.

Never fine

Attacking a person instead of their work: abuse aimed at stars, their families or other fans.

Hate based on caste, religion, gender, region or language.

Threats, or encouraging anyone to harm someone.

Posting someone's phone number, address or other personal details.

Sexual, morphed or fake images of real people.

Pretending to be a star, studio or another fan.

Spam, fake accounts, and coordinated mass reporting or voting.

Spoilers and leaks

Do not post spoilers for a film in its release week without a spoiler warning. Never post leaked footage or stills.

Reporting

Disagreeing with a post is not a reason to report it. Use mute, block or "not interested" to shape your own feed. Report rule breaks, and moderators will act on them.

This is a draft and will be reviewed before Plaudit's public launch.
